10 oz Chicken breast with diced artichoke hearts, sauteed spinach and bechamel cream. Toasted quinoa comes with pickled radish slices.
Preparation
1. Take cooked and stuffed chicken breast and add to a small pan and warm covered over low-medium heat with additional juices for 10-12 minutes. remove from pan and slice and serve over warmed quinoa.
2. Add pickled radish to your liking for a nice acidic contrast and enjoy!

    WOW. This dish was simply amazing! So quick to heat up and SO delicious. Mike had never had quinoa before but said we could get it again. Didn’t care for the banana peppers though.
